Job DescriptionVisit customer locations to install and service laser products.Conduct training sessions and offer technical assistance to customers.Report any discrepancies, unresolved issues, or recurring problems to the headquarters.Interpret technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints to apply them effectively in field support.Offer consistent feedback to R&D, Engineering, and Production departments.Precisely identify system issues based on field information, consolidate the data, and report problems to the relevant teams.Collaborate with other Field Service Engineers as instructed.Deliver outstanding customer service.
