Supply Chain Supervisor (Upstream) will be responsible for managing ID warehouse forecast, preferences, and packaging material demand and role will also ensure that supply chain is aligned with the outbound projected volume and purchasing schedules.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate the upstream supply chain cycle, including forecasting, procurement, delivery scheduling, and demand plan.
2. Analyse and distribute ID WH outbound forecast for daily, weekly, both during BAU and campaign. Perform daily reforecasting as needed.
3. Manage ID WH preferences and executes changes according to following criterias: customer shipping fee, delivery lead time, and margin.
4. Monitor supplier performance periodically and resolve issues in a timely manner.
5. Develop packaging material purchasing schedules. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure compliance with quality standards.
6. Manage packaging material inventory levels and stockturn. Ensure that packaging material are delivered on time.
7. Report and analyze key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
8. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the upstream supply chain teams.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiencies, reduce costs, and maximize customer satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with downstream supply chain, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities.
11. Train and guide upstream supply chain staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
12. Other ad-hoc projects Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor in Logistics, Engineering, Science or similar with 1-4 years relevant experiences.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of associates, managers, and subject matter experts.
