The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, approaching, qualifying, closing, and growing new opportunities and the organization in the country.ResponsibilitiesTaking care of the complete sales cycle and growing strategic accounts, making an accurate forecast, and committing to achieving itDevelop the territory / vertical / account plan to maximize growth and drive key industry and territory penetrationLeading a team of sales (business development and account executives) with escalating sales strategyFull ownership of identifying, creating, developing, negotiating, and closing high-value opportunities positioning to enterprise clientsDriving new revenue by acquiring new customersOwn the entire commercial engagement from proposal development, pricing strategy, and negotiation to closingLeading projects or programs within a functionDesign mutually beneficial contracts to address customer requirements and balance the needs of both partiesNavigate through decision-makers and influencersQualificationsAt least 10+ years of experience in SaaS, Cloud, or IT software companies and 3+ years in managing a vast teamProven record in selling complex solutions to Enterprises to multiple client portfoliosExperienced in creating pricing proposals and managing contracts.Solid understanding of the Technology Landscape in IndonesiaExperienced dealing with Enterprises and possess the ability to leverage contacts.
